Limitations of liability

KinefDesigns is not liable to you for:

  • any direct, indirect or collateral loss
  • any business losses, anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill

In other words: KinefDesigns designs things and we make a business out of it, we do take care of the quality of the product, nevertheless, hand building things allows for meticulous work, however humans makes mistakes and they can slip through since we are not machines building identical products. Furthermore, we do NOT have control over environmental and geo-political forces outside of the KinefDesigns facilities, thus we hope you can understand.  

Exceptions

As KinefDesigns product line presents a disclaimer: exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit our liability in respect of any:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part
  • matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability

In other words: KinefDesigns ensures quality in the product and this one being portraited fairly when advertised.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns

    We accept returns for eligible KinefDesigns products within 14 days from the date of invoice. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging (ensuring a secure and strong packing). Furthermore, an inverstigation will be proformed with KinefDesigns HQ to ensure product correct operation and visable damage, repugnant smell, or anything outside of the condition to how the product was shipped, as described within the Terms of Service.
    2. Proof of purchase, such as invoice, must be provided.

    We do not accept returns for eligible KinefDesigns products if customer has specifically requested a modification to the product descibed in the website:

    1. Changes in aesthetic dessign from the predefined one for the product.
    2. Changes in structural dessign from the predefined one for the product.
      • Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form provided in the website. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and/or documentation, including the return address.

    You will be responsible for the shipping, packing and handling costs associated with the return. We recommend:

    1. Using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
    2. Having visual proof (detailed, well lit photos) of the packing before delivery to the shipping entity.
      • Inspection and Refunds

    Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return conditions. If the returned item meets the necessary conditions, you will be informed via mail and the refund will be performed 10 business days (note that bank transactions time span is dependent of bank enteties).

      Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible due to technical limitations or other reasons, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

        • Non-refundable Costs

      Please note that any shipping, packing, handling, or additional charges associated with the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

        • Partial Refunds

      In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned product/service is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
